Buyer: ID card, out-of-towners on the local license in addition to the valid period of temporary residence permit (some cities to use residence permit). If the buyer is a unit, the original organization code certificate and official seal are required.
Both parties: Sign the second-hand car sale contract. Bring all the above procedures to the second-hand car transfer hall.
